In 1999, Dan Snavely and Barbra Wells teamed up to create Rosedale Homes, Inc. Dan has been building quality brick homes for over eleven years. Barbra has been selling and building homes for over thirty years. Mona Jacks joined the company in early 2000 and serves as our office manager. In March of 2005, Dan Snavely, Jr. joined Rosedale Homes Inc.

Since 1999 Rosedale Homes, Inc. has built over 250 brick homes in Muscogee County, GA and the surrounding counties in West Georgia (Harris, Talbot, Taylor, Chattahoochee, Stewart, Marion and Troup) and East Alabama (Russell, Lee, Barbour, and Chambers.)

If you own property and are contemplating building a new home, before you act, check our plans and prices. We have more than 35 plans from which to choose. Most homes have several front elevation choices. Our homes are built "on site" and are not prefabricated.
