         F.   BUILDER WILL PROVIDE THE STOVE, MICROVENT AND DISHWASHER; PURCHASER IS

                 RESPONSIBLE  FOR REFRIGERATOR     

 

         G.     TEMPORARY WATER ON PROPERTY.  PURCHASER (S) AGREE TO INSTALL THEIR OWN WATER AND SEWER SYSTEM, INCLUDING ANY TAP ON FEES OR ASSESSMENTS. PURCHASER (S) MUST HAVE WATER AVAILABLE ON PROPERTY AT THE TIME THE BUILDER STARTS CONSTRUCTION. PURCHASER(S) ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RUNNING THEIR WATER LINE FROM THE HOUSE TO THE METER OR FROM THE HOUSE TO THE PUMP. PURCHASER (S) AGREE TO HAVE THIS WORKCOMPLETED BY THE TIME THE HOUSE IS READY FOR FINAL INSPECTION.

 

        H       IT IS THE PURCHASER(S) RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE APPLICATION WITH THE POWER COMPANY TO HAVE TEMPORARY POWER AVAILABLE ON PROPERTY AT THE TIME THE BUILDER STARTS CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTAIN PAYMENT OF THE BILL (CONTRACTOR WILL FURNISH TEMPORARY POWER POLE).IT IS THE PURCHASER (S) RESPONSIBILITY TO HAVE POWER CONNECTED FROM THE

 

         I.     IT IS THE PURCHASER (S) RESPONSIBILITY TO OBTAIN BUILDERS RISK INSURANCE.

                 

                  

                PURCHASER IS TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR CLEANUP. 

                THIS EXCLUDES ANY USABLE MATERIALS WHICH CONTRACTOR MAY USE IN THE

                CONSTRUCTION OF THIS OR ANY OTHER BUILDING.
